Our commitment to pay range transparency fosters an equitable workplace, where everyone can feel valued. The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$42,000.00 - $63,000.00

Purpose Statement: Site expert in the area of Warehousing and Inventory Control and provides effective supervision of assigned inventory control team and processes to meet functional department and customer requirements.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for managing a high level of inventory accuracy for the manufacturing site, ensure schedules are met. Inventory handlers in all areas of responsibility are efficient and effective, and meet SOP, WI, site, and corporate requirements.
  • Responsible for maintaining acceptable warehouse metrics in areas assigned.
  • Lead the identification and propagation of best practices being shared across regions.
  • Supervise assigned team in the delivery of effective day-to-day operations. Build individual and team capability through the completion of performance assessments, employee development plans and training.
  • Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Two (2) years of related experience is required; Two (2) or more years of related experience is preferred.

Other Qualifications:

  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Excellent decision making, problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The employee must be willing to work additional hours from time to time as dictated by business conditions and quarterly sales plans.
  • The employee needs to have a sound understanding of inventory and material control process and have the ability to consistently evaluate process improvement opportunities.
  • The employee must be self-motivated with the ability to follow through on assignments with little to no supervision.
  • The employee must possess the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are paramount for the employee to successfully perform in this position.
  • The employee should possess leadership skills as defined by Plexus Corp.
  • General office equipment and materials.

Physical Requirements:

  • Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.

Travel Requirements:

  • Less than 40%
