About the Role:
Performs specialized administrative duties for the TD SYNNEX legal and compliance. Additional support for executives including calendar maintenance and scheduling, phone responsibilities, greeting visitors, travel arrangements, expense reports, presentation preparation, meeting coordination, budget preparation and reporting, recordkeeping, and other activities as needed.
What You'll Do:
Possesses general knowledge of company policies and procedures to relay information, resolve problems, or refer to appropriate parties. Serves as a liaison between executives, managers, staff, customers, and visitors. Researches, processes, and abstracts complex information for processing invoices for the legal and compliance department. Draft responses to correspondence, research and compile information for special projects, or prepare reports. Performs moderately complex functions independently under minimal supervision, setting priorities and managing time. Interacts with peers and management, exchanging information with internal departments or external parties, with decisions impacting the department.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Typically 2+ years Administrative support experience in a corporate environment, providing administrative support to a department, region, site, or group Proficiency in MS Office suite: (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Strong organization skills needed with high attention to detail required, along with the ability to prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels and high degree of professionalism required. Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
