Position Summary We are looking for a Director/Vice President of Project Management/Forward Planning to join our Southern California team. This position is responsible for all forward planning initiatives, leadership of Project Management staff and achievement of related business plan objectives. In addition to direct management of select projects, the position will direct Project Management staff in the coordination of submittals and securing approvals and permits needed to develop lots and build houses through various governmental or quasi-governmental agencies. This position will also be responsible for developing budgets and schedules and overseeing coordination efforts with all project stakeholders including municipalities, utility companies and internal personnel. This responsibility includes ensuring compliance with Asset Management Committee approvals, company policies and procedures and any municipality or governmental regulations. *Title determined at the time of candidate selection based on experience, skill-set, qualifications, etc.* Responsibilities
Provide direction and leadership to project management staff; define processes and team practices for achievement of Division and company goals.
