Bring your passion and insight to a company that is committed to driving long- term sustainable growth this summer for our 10-week summer internship at our Headquarters in Portland, Oregon! Interns can expect to gain valuable hands-on experience within their department while building partnerships with teams and fellow interns along the way!
ABOUT THE POSITION In this role, you will develop dashboards that provide critical insights into data permissions, costs, and usage, using Unity Catalog system tables. Your work will help streamline data governance, optimize storage and compute costs, and improve resource utilization. You'll analyze access patterns, identify inefficiencies, and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a tangible impact on how the organization manages its data ecosystem, ensuring it's secure, cost-efficient, and primed for growth. You will work on an agile team and collaborate with Product Owners, Business Systems Analysts, Data Governance Analysts, DevOps Engineers, and fellow Data Engineers. HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
