We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Program Coordinator to help facilitate our diversity recruiting events strategy. You will report directly to the Lead, Program Manager of Early Talent and work collaboratively with our Diversity Recruiting and Events Specialist and Senior Manager of Diversity Recruiting to ensure seamless event execution and support key diversity-focused initiatives.

This is a 6 month hybrid/remote contract role based out of the USA.


Diversity Events Coordination

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing diversity recruiting event series globally
  • Research, evaluate, and liaise with event venues and vendors
  • Collaborate and support recruiters and sourcers to generate candidate invitee lists that align with event strategy and goals
  • Support the creation and distribution of event marketing materials, ensuring clear, engaging communication that reflects our employer brand
  • Manage logistics such as event swag, t-shirt orders, and maintaining inventory
  • Support post-event reporting, including post-mortems and data tracking
  • Assist in additional ad hoc diversity events based on hiring needs
  • Research cultural nuances and location-specific considerations to support event success across regions


Ad Hoc Projects

  • Be adaptable and willing to assist with various projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of our Diversity, Talent Discovery, and Early Talent Recruiting Team. (This could span across Intern/New Grad, Sales Development, and or Sourcing.)


Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of related experience in program coordination, event planning, or a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating clear, professional materials
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and proactively address challenges
  • Interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Strong research skills
  • Canva, Splash, or digital design experience is a plus to support in the creation of event marketing materials

MongoDB's base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.
