What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Benefits Analyst is a member of the Total Rewards team working under the general direction of Benefits Manager. The Benefits Analyst uses independent judgment to apply subject matter expertise and benefits consulting to employees, assumes overall responsibility for research, analysis, evaluation, and administration within area of specialization.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time | AM | Shifts: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | Days: Monday - Friday

Expected starting wage range is $76,640.99 - $94,601.94.Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)



  • B. S. Degree in Human Resources or related field or five (5) years of experience in lieu of degree required
  • Requires a minimum of five (5) years' experience with health benefits and retirement plan administration
  • Strong knowledge of benefit laws and regulations
  • Analytical and mathematical skills
  • Bookkeeping experience with strong reconciliation and analysis
  • Applied working knowledge of health, welfare and retirement benefit plans
  • Proven ability to demonstrate customer service and team focus
  • Advance knowledge of HRIS/export interaction
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Applicant must be fingerprinted and receive clearance from the Department of Justice
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver's license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
