Job Summary

Due to our continued growth, we are excited to build on our already strong team. We are introducing a new HR Insights Analyst role to enhance our capabilities and further strengthen our team.As an HR Insights Analyst, you will leverage HR data and analytics to improve organizational and HR team performance by delivering valuable insights into our most important resource: our people. This role will be tasked with establishing strategies to enhance HR data analysis and modeling, while collaborating to deliver reporting, visuals and insights to the HR team and leaders. This includes routine HR reporting including position management, FTE tracking, Human Capital KPIs, headcount, hires, transfers, terminations, and compliance with EEOC, AAP, and unemployment requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide analysis, modeling, forecasting and insights of HR data for leaders. Partner to enable tools such as PowerBI, SAP reporting and other data sources.
  • Enable the HR team's work through workforce planning analysis, recruitment data, compensation and total rewards insights and ad hoc analysis and insights. Assess the HR team's execution through HR dashboard and scorecard analysis, teammate and leader experience data and insights.
  • Provide org-level insights on talent including organizational health and insights from exit surveys and interviews.
  • Develop the insights strategy for HR data. Identify opportunities to improve and expand analysis, modeling and insights with HR data.
  • Provide routine reports for leadership including position management, FTE tracking, Human Capital KPIs, headcount, hire/transfer/terms, and business unit quarterly reviews. Additional reporting for compliance including EEOC and AAP support and unemployment reports.

Education Requirements

  • Minimum, 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree, Data analytics or related Business field, Human Resources
  • Preferred, Graduate Degree, Data analytics or related Business field, Human Resources

Years of Experience

  • 4 + years of experience, Data reporting and analytics (Human Resources experience preferred).
