We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company's network infrastructure, including switch management, wireless networking, VMware administration, network storage, backup, and security. The Enterprise Network Infrastructure Administrator will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure that the company's network infrastructure is functioning optimally and securely. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company's network infrastructure, including switch management, wireless networking, VMware administration, network storage, backup, and security. Position Responsibilities: * Manage the company's network infrastructure, including switch management, wireless networking, VMware administration, network storage, backup, and security. * Ensure that the network infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently. * Develop and implement network security policies and procedures to ensure that the network is secure from external and internal threats. * Audit network and systems for compliance to security policies. * Install, configure and maintain network hardware and software, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. * Monitor network performance, troubleshoot network problems, and resolve network issues as they arise. * Manage and maintain network storage devices and backup systems. * Ensure that the network infrastructure meets the company's business requirements. * Maintain accurate documentation of the network infrastructure, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures. * Assist other IT professionals in resolving network-related issues. * Maintain Capital and Expense budgets. * Performs other duties as assigned to drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of this organization. Skills/Abilities: * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. * Experience with network storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, and RAID. * Experience with backup technologies such as Veeam, Commvault, or Arcserve. Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in network administration, including switch management, wireless networking, VMware administration, network storage, backup, and security. * Strong knowledge of network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and prevention systems. Work Environment: * Office Environment: Requires physical capability to work in an office environment including sit/stand up to 9 hours a day and use basic office tools such as a computer, copier/printer, etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Hours: 7:00 AM - 5 PM Monday - Thursday; Friday 7:00 AM - 4 PM with additional hours as needed to meet demand. Occasional off-shift hours may also be required to provide support to operations. * 9/80 work schedule. * Office located in Lititz, PA, with occasional visits to Lancaster facility. | |
