Finance Data Analytics and Automation Team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to mine, automate and uncover hidden relationships from the data in the process, generate insights and inform better decision-making. The team also governs and supports key financial reporting systems used by Finance and will act as focal point in strategic initiatives/projects. The Manager OneStream COE would be responsible for leading a team of analysts in Corporate Performance Management group. The team would form the Core OneStream COE group that would be responsible to deliver technical business support to applications used in financial reporting, such as OneStream. This includes governance of OneStream Solutions in use in LYB's environment including Thing Planning, People Planning, Allocations and others, master data hierarchy oversight and performing system reconciliations. The team is also responsible for maintaining and enhancing OneStream applications that support the activities of the Corporate Accounting, External and Internal Management Reporting, Tax, FP&A, Financial Forecasting, Annual Performance Plan Cycle, Tax, People Planning, and IT Planning organizations. Additionally, this role will act as a liaison between DT and Finance and will also play a key role in supporting OneStream utilization in SP&T special projects. Moreover the person will have the possibility to learn and technically support the automation and analytical tools used by FS&T DA&A like RPA, Alteryx, Azure SQL, Power Platform and Celonis.
