Job Summary
Provide account specific support on items related to reporting and JLL Engineering compliance program. Provide general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of facility. Work with the Facilities team to handle routine property management operations, including: vehicle management, logistics, procurement of property supplies and services, issuing work tickets, managing bid, assisting with the accounts EV program.

Schedule: On-site, M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Reporting to: Director of Operations
Type of Employment: Full-Time w/JLL employee benefits within 1 month of employment

Job Responsibilities
Administrative Function
-Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives
-Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested
-Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned *
-Assist with coordinating special events in support of client, specifically parking
-Provide support for scheduling of maintenance activities of the account vehicle fleet
-Ensure vehicles are in compliance with safety, administrative, & insurance requirements
-Manage the clients EV charging program

Communication and Relationship Coordination
-Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility -Act as an interface with client, visitors and guests Ensure appropriate follow up with customers
-Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption

Compliance
-Properly and effectively administer and maintain all systems as directed
-Assist with budgetary requests, analysis and reporting
-Assist with researching, analyzing and reporting invoices

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
-HS diploma or equivalent; 2 year degree desired
-1-2+ years of related facilities management or engineering background experience
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Maintain regular/predictable in-office attendance and timeliness in order to support the needs of the team and the client
-Proficient in Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs
-Strong organizational and self management skills
-Excellent internal and external customer service skills and exhibit a "team player" attitude
-Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
-Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities,and assignments
