Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Supporting onboarding of new employees in partnership with HR and IT team, including all IT set up for new hires.
Collaboration with remote PXP (People Experience Partner) to ensure compliance of Technical Services organization with firm and government requirements.
Support executive team in organization of on-site meetings.
Craft and deliver office wide communications.
Meeting support (conference room booking, AV functionality, catering, etc.)
Office Amenity program, including upkeep of and ordering of office and kitchen supplies.
Responsible for taking incoming calls to the office line and forwarding calls and messages as applicable.
Responsible for reviewing and distributing office mail as applicable.
Ensure general office conditions are up to corporate standard.
Organization of quarterly townhalls.
Assist office in JLL administrative softwares, including being a delegate for Managing Director.
Management of swag and other branded products - including storage, mailing, and distribution to new team members.
Misc. assignments and small projects assigned to the role

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages supervisors and leads the Critical Environments and Facility Managers assigned.
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Critical Environments activities within the assigned portfolio.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, as provided.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education & Experience

Ideal candidate would have a communications background and/or degree.
Must be able to use personal computers, with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
