Position Summary This position is 8hr per day/ 40hr per week and is scheduled Tues-Sat. This employee will perform maintenance duties as they relate to the upkeep and maintenance of the Santa Monica Silvercrest facility. The employee for this positions may also be responsible for sharing after-hour emergency on-call duties on evenings, weekends and holidays as assigned by the Maintenance Team Leader or Administrator. Essential Functions Under the direction and supervision of the Maintenance Team Leader, the Maintenance Team Member will complete a variety of tasks which include but are not limited to:
Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend squat climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to be able to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as file cabinet drawers and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Minimum Qualifications

Education
High School or Equivalent (required)
Experience
Physically able to lift 50lbs (required)
Working knowledge of proper use for hand-tools and power tools related to the job. (required) Physically able to lift 50lbs (required) Licenses & Certifications
