*Top Required Skills* * *Must be local to the greater Seattle, WA area due to hybrid work schedule (3 Days working onsite in Seattle, WA)* * *Technical Business Analyst/BSA with over 5+ years of experience supporting IT projects within an enterprise environment (1000+ employees).* * *Strong experience with data integrations (Snowflake) & cross functional data - must have knowledge of SQL and data modeling. * * *Must have strong experience working with multiple data sets and integrations.* * *Experience with Jira/Confluence and the ability to work with multiple teams in an agile environment* * *Extensive experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand business priorities within the data & analytics team.* *Job Description* * Work with the development team to analyze, build, and align the platform backlog to meet business needs. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business priorities and gather business requirements. * Develop detailed specifications for platform features and enhancements so they are clearly understood by the development team. * Support prioritization of the platform backlog based on business need. * Collaborate closely with authoritative sources and application teams to understand their roadmaps and align to the in-flight identity work. * Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) of new features and functionality. * Develop, maintain, and deliver documentation for end-users.
