Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related curriculum required or or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Entry level position. Relevant experience preferred.. Position Purpose: Under general supervision, perform the activities associated with Part Sales Support domestic order processing. Ensure orders are processed in accordance with established regulatory guidelines. Research customer problems, issues or complaints in support of resolution. Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Process domestic parts sales orders through effective decision-making, to ensure orders are processed in accordance with regulatory guidelines and adhere to identified processes and procedures. Maintain a basic understanding of domestic parts order processing requirements and procedures. Process customer requirements to include formal quotes and order processing. Ensure export compliance checks and Quality/Certification requirements including but not limited to FAA, EASA, CAAC. Responsible for direct customer contact on in-stock part shipments. Liaise with expeditors to ensure seamless and transparent turnover of all out of stock orders . Determine Warranty, AOS or PlaneParts applicability for each customer order transaction. Establish customer relationships. Additional Functions: Support continuous improvement efforts within the Part Sales Support organization. . Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements: Basic knowledge of associated processes in relation to customer service and parts shipping and logisitics preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and confidently. Basic knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
