Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance parts inventory.
  • Create new parts and set minimum and maximum inventory levels.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Schedule production work orders in L2L.
  • Ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) for maintenance team.
  • Assist in supporting dispatch assignments.
  • Ensure dispatch assignments are completed on time.
  • Assist in managing the completion of preventive maintenance tasks on schedule.
  • Oversee and ensure employees are using the L2L system properly.
  • Manage parts requests and ensure timely fulfillment.

Education, Licensing, and Certifications:

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

  • Additional technical training or certification is a plus.

Experience:

Required

Three or more years of relevant experience.

Competencies, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Proficiency with L2L (leading2lean.com) software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
