Function: Public Affairs and Corporate Communications Job Summary:As a Program Manager, you will support the CF Industries Foundation grantmaking strategy. Launched in 2022, the CF Industries Foundation's goal is to build a thriving and more sustainable world starting with the communities where we live and work. This is why we are committed to partnering with non-profit organizations to advance STEM education, protect and care for natural resources, improve healthy food access and improve the quality of life for our neighbors.The Program Manager will work with CF's VP, Global Benefits & CF Industries Foundation to develop, implement and maintain approaches, that support, and lead to strategic grantmaking strategies and partnerships in communities where CF Industries employees work and live. The Program Manager will also own the Foundation's grantmaking process and activities and associated compliance requirements. Job Description:

Required Qualifications
The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $107,600 - $151,500 The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range. In addition to base pay, an incentive program is available to all full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package including two medical plan options, a health savings plan with a company contribution and a match, dental and vision benefits, a well-being incentive program, 401(k) Plan which provides a potential of receiving between 10% and 13% of employer's contribution, life and disability insurance, paid time off programs and much more!
