Red Cross/LNO

DUTIES:

• Serves as liaison to Rotational Unit White Cell, receives reports for RTU Soldiers who need to depart on emergency leave.
• Provides travel documentation and reservations as required.
• Maintain daily activity log and enter information into data base as needed.
• Performs other duties in accordance with Mission Support requirements as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:

• Must possess and maintain active NACI or security clearance.
• Must possess valid state driver's license.
• Prior experience using and manipulating an MS Excel data base or other programs.

Desired Experience:

• Experience/working knowledge of Army replacement system.
• Experience working with the American Red Cross, booking domestic and international flights, and interacting with the U.S. Military.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to travel unaccompanied throughout the continental US and foreign countries.
• Individual must submit to and pass pre-employment drug screening; will be subject to random drug screening.
• Individual must be able to work outside at times.
• Must be able to work shift work, holidays and weekends.
• Must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills (written and oral).
