Description

What The Role Is: Responsible for oversight within the Contact Center. Lead contact for our retail bank products and services. Provides sales support to trust officers.

How You will Make an Impact



  • Leading a special process, function, and/or team in the Contact Center
  • Ensure that processes and procedures are followed
  • Responsible for reporting results and/or statistics related to process, function, and/or team
  • Developing processes and people to improve the customer experience
  • Assists with decision making
  • Assists with Contact Center strategy
  • Develops and implements Contact Center processes and procedures



Who You Are

  • High School diploma required and some college preferred
  • 2-3 years of financial services experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional writing skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Works cooperatively with others
