We are looking for a special person who:

·         Loves to work outdoors year-round

·         Has Team Leading Experience

·         Has a positive attitude

·         Is detail oriented

·         Has hardscape/softscape experience

·         Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

Your role will be leading an Outdoor Living team to craft an astonishing work of art. Your daily tasks will include planting, seeding, brick laying, assisting in fence installations, paving, building retaining walls, and directing team members in their duties. Loading and unloading trucks with all necessary materials will be a daily task so the ability to do heavy lifting is essential.

Requirements Include:

• Possession of a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Equipment Operating Experience
• Ability to read a plan
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively

This is a full-time position (40+ hours) with a complete benefits package. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Short-term Disability, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, and 401K Plan with company match. $1,000 Sign on Bonus to be paid out as $250 after 90 days, $250 after 6 months, and $500 after 1 year of continued employment.
