Swimming Pool Services, needs you to help fulfill our vision of making it easy for customers to have a private paradise in their backyard.
We are Wisconsin’s only one stop shops for personal resorts. Our award-winning team provides service and support including design, construction, renovation, and finish landscaping for pools and spas.

An ideal candidate for our Project Manager will have the following traits:

·         Strong desire to learn

·         Has a positive attitude

·         Has great communication skills

·         Comfortable working outdoors

·         Is detailed oriented

·         Has experience supervising people

·         Have basic mechanical skills


Your role as the Project Manager will be to oversee projects. You would be the liaison between customers, inspectors, sub-contractors and Team Members. Your role would be vital in the planning and organizing production schedules and adjusting as necessary.
Other duties and responsibilities include:

·         Ensure that outstanding customer service is provided in every client interaction

·         Review plans, worksheets, and checklists to ensure projects run smoothly

·         Train and enforce safety protocol among field team members

·         Document phases of each project and prepare necessary parties to be involved

·         Manage project budgets and change orders

·         Work with Inventory team to ensure we have all products needed/ordered for upcoming jobs

  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving history
