This role is critical in supporting our mission to deliver top-tier service to rural and regional broadband service providers across the U.S. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, ensuring efficiency, and enhancing the overall productivity of our sales executives by managing essential operational responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Invoice and Order Management: * Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely processing. * Manage and track small order requests to meet customer needs efficiently. Shipment Tracking: * Monitor and follow up on shipment statuses, resolving any delivery-related issues. Sales Support:
Trade Show Representation: * Occasionally represent the sales team at trade shows, fostering relationships and promoting our services. Process Improvement: * Identify opportunities to enhance operational workflows and recommend actionable solutions.
