DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will oversee the management of all systems supporting managed care operations. You will analyze policy changes and assist in developing procedures to implement them. Additionally, you will help research, evaluate, and resolve issues related to managed care online and batch processes in our electronic Client Information System (eCIS). You will provide professional and technical support in the development, review, and evaluation of the automated managed care enrollment and disenrollment processes within eCIS. You will also be responsible for evaluating the impact of new and existing program initiatives on managed care processing logic, recommending improvements to systems and procedures, and performing research and analysis of enrollment and membership data for technical or management evaluation. - Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time with a minimum of one day per month in the office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs; and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
