You Are:

You are a strategic and analytical compensation leader with a proven track record in building, redesigning and modernizing compensation programs. You excel in dynamic environments experiencing transformation and are eager to bring new thinking and innovative practices to the table. With significant experience in a multi-national company, you manage compensation programs across various countries, ensuring fairness and equity. You thrive on translating complex data into actionable insights and partnering with HR and business leaders to drive systemic changes.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading the development, implementation, and administration of innovative broad-based global compensation programs.
  • Driving annual compensation planning processes, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and equity grants.
  • Partnering with HR and business leaders to align compensation strategies with organizational goals.
  • Conducting market analysis to ensure competitive positioning in the tech industry.
  • Providing guidance and support to leaders on compensation-related issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation.

What You'll Need:
  • Extensive experience in developing and managing global compensation programs in a global environment. Prefer candidates that have worked in a hi-tech company.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in consulting and partnering with HR and business leaders.
  • Experience working in a multi-national company, managing & leading compensation practices across up to 10 different countries.
  • Experience in redesigning or building new compensation processes and implementing new practices.
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in compensation-related software and tools.
