Our team is seeking a talented Gaming Principal Cloud Security Engineer with extensive Azure and coding experience. This organization supports the services, platform, and studios that make up the Gaming business. In addition, we work with other Security teams within the company to ensure that we have the right tools and services to protect these key businesses. In this role, you will help us engineer and deliver solutions that help secure our business by partnering and engaging with engineering teams to improve our security posture. The successful candidate will have passion for security, committed collaboration skills, technical depth, coupled with the ability to bring others together in developing common solutions. Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic environment are necessary. ResponsibilitiesBuild cloud security guardrails automation to drive resilient, scalable and secure cloud security architectures and baselines for Gaming businesses. Deliver, and support high-quality distributed services, infrastructures, and components to enable security for our Gaming businesses Partner with Microsoft Gaming, Microsoft Security, and partners to ensure ongoing alignment, engineering dependencies, and build solutions Maintain in-depth knowledge of software industry and cross-company best practices, technologies, architectures, and emerging technologies, and how these can apply to our product, business, service, and technology stack. Analyze security across cloud services in alignment with best practices Perform hands-on configuration activities in areas such as Identity & Access Management, Threat Detection and Incident Response Design and implement automation to validate adherence to security requirements with cloud-based tools. Implement Process and Operational Improvement opportunities across Security Compliance Programs. Work across organizational boundaries to coordinate with other subject matter experts and achieve shared objectives.
