Our Nurse managers play a significant role to ensure we uphold the highest standards of patient care - not just in Maryland, but around the world. We are seeking a seasoned nurse manager for our 16 room OR where we perform a variety of surgeries such as general, urology, otolaryngology, gynecology, plastics and vascular.

Who Should Apply:

• MSN from an accredited nursing program required. Those without the required degree may be considered provided they enroll in an accredited MSN program within 12 months of hire
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
• Requires 5 years of experience as a registered nurse (within the specialty preferred), including 3-5 years of leadership and/or management responsibilities
• Ability to lead others, problem solve, analyze and interpret data, adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environments, and create a climate that fosters compassionate care, innovation, cooperation, collaboration, and teamwork

Salary Range: Minimum 56.34 per hour - Maximum 87.32 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
