Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Psychology plus one (1) year of pediatric experience.
• Licensed Psychological Examiner with current licensure in the state of Arkansas.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Extensive experience in conducting psychological assessments and evaluations.
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills for assessing psychological data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in using assessment tools and software.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Strong understanding of psychometric principles and assessment methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for clients of various ages and backgrounds.
• Develop and implement individualized assessment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Interpret assessment results and provide detailed reports to clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide feedback and support to clients based on assessment findings.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in psychological assessment and evaluation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
