The Sales Insights and Reporting Analyst is accountable for informing the sales function to help GEHA meet or exceed growth goals by employing best practices to transform sales metrics into information and intelligence through dashboard development and assisting the Mgr -Marketing Infrastructure and Sales Insights in producing sale prospect insights at every state in the sales funnel.The successful candidate will have a background in sales success metrics, data manipulation, and dashboard reporting in a sales environment. The work will be focused on assessing the performance of large-scale growth and initiatives. This position requires an experienced analyst that thrives on using BI tools to provide insights, and market intelligence to help inform the sales team on "where" to focus efforts and improve overall sales results. The candidate should have experience with BI tools, dashboard design, and assisting with results interpretation. The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate and present findings to direct manager for ultimate share-out to all levels of management. SKILLS Responsibilities
