Job Responsibilities: The Program Directors role is to plan, lead and implement key hospital operational projects and administrative activities of JHBMC. Leads operational aspects of development and execution of new programs, as well as, program evaluation. Serves as the liaison on key initiatives both locally and at JHHS in the realm of operations. The Program Director will provide project management leadership on capital projects and equipment purchases. Will liaison with facilities design and construction to ensure deadlines are met. They will provide leadership around facility planning with the Vice President and system level partnerships. They will serve as the liaison for several system-wide operational initiatives while providing oversight for local implementation. The Program Director consistently applies performance improvement methodology coupled with change management strategies in an effort to design new systems and processes. Supports the Vice President in providing indirect oversight of several JHBMC operational areas that have matrix JHHS reporting relationships. Role Accountabilities Include
Qualifications: A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or other relevant field is required. Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible related experience working in an operational environment in healthcare. Experience in supporting organizational change, Project Management, Change Management, Performance/Process Improvement is preferred. Salary Range: Minimum $145,000 per year - Maximum $185,000 per year. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
