Genesis10 is currently looking for a Salesforce CRM Program Manager - Business Process Focus for a 6 month contract for a digital banking client in Downtown Atlanta. Must be able to go on site 5 days a week.

Reports To: Director of Sales Operations / Chief Information Officer (CIO) / Chief Sales Officer (CSO)


Job Description:

The Salesforce CRM Program Manager with a business process focus is responsible for overseeing the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform with an emphasis on optimizing and managing sales and customer service processes. This role involves the strategic alignment of business processes with the Salesforce ecosystem to enhance efficiency, improve customer engagement, and drive sales growth. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that Salesforce CRM processes are streamlined, user-friendly, and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:



  1. Business Process Management

    • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end business processes within the Salesforce CRM platform, including lead management, opportunity tracking, customer engagement, support workflows, and compensation management.
    • Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer experience goals.


  2. Salesforce Implementation and Customization:

    • Lead the implementation of Salesforce CRM features and customizations that support business process requirements. This will include any integrations with other core systems, SalesLoft, Zuora and potentially others.
    • Manage the integration of Salesforce with other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and process continuity.


  3. Change Management and Adoption:

    • Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes and Salesforce CRM functionalities across the organization.
    • Create training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure that users are proficient in utilizing the CRM system according to the designed processes.


  4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure that the Salesforce CRM platform meets the needs of all stakeholders.
    • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer relationship management.


  5. Reporting and Analytics:

    • Design and implement reporting tools and dashboards within Salesforce to monitor process performance and provide insights into sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for process and performance improvement.


  6. Project Management:

    • Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management for Salesforce CRM initiatives.
    • Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.


  7. Vendor and Partner Management:

    • Manage relationships with Salesforce consultants, implementation partners, and third-party vendors to ensure they meet service level agreements and project expectations.
    • Stay informed about Salesforce updates and third-party applications that could enhance business processes.




Required Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM program management, with a strong focus on business process design and optimization within the Salesforce platform.
  • Proven track record of successful Salesforce CRM implementations and process improvements.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and train users at various levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its ecosystem, including best practices for sales and customer service processes.


Working Conditions: The Salesforce CRM Program Manager typically works in an office environment but may be required to work remotely depending on the organization's policies. The role may involve occasional travel for meetings, training, or conferences. Extended hours may be necessary during critical project phases or system rollouts

Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $80 - $90
