What You'll Do
  • Driving Strategic Initiatives: Lead large-scale projects across Total Rewards - Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Time Off, LOA, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Equity.
  • Leadership and Strategy: Lead the HR Technology team in developing and implementing strategies related to Total Rewards and Payroll Equity.
  • Collaboration with Collaborators: Collaborate with senior collaborators across the portfolio to align technology with their business needs; as well as stakeholders within Legal and Compliance.
  • Roadmap Planning: Lead the annual roadmap planning and offer strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on HR technology advancements and standard methodologies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collect input from customers, internal collaborators, and industry experts to continuously improve the Global rewards technologies at Adobe.
  • Effective Communication: Foster effective communication between teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment among collaborators.
  • Status Reporting: Provide regular status reports to promote clarity and visibility at various levels within the organization, including among senior leaders.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience in these areas.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing a team of product managers and providing leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Culture of Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and ensure the overall work aligns with Total Rewards.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate team performance, development, and succession planning.
  • Budget and Resource Planning: Ensure budget and resource planning across different projects for timely delivery and sufficient support to the team.
  • Automation and Efficiency: Find opportunities to automate and improve efficiency within HR technology systems.
  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience in defining and leading large-scale projects with various collaborators.
  • Team Building: Proven success in building and maintaining high-performing teams.
  • Influence and Tenacity: An eagerness and tenacity to influence others to achieve goals and perform at a high level.
  • Confidence and Mediation: Confidence to tackle the unknown, challenge assertions, mediate disputes, hold collaborators accountable, and manage leadership/customer expectations proactively.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $131,700 -- $267,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
