What You'll Do:

  • Improve manufacturing processes to boost safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot production issues that impact throughput or product quality.
  • Oversee equipment audits, upgrades, and overhauls to maintain optimal performance.
  • Work with suppliers to design and validate new tooling, machinery, and production lines.
  • Drive innovation through the design and implementation of advanced manufacturing solutions.
  • Conduct training for team members on machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
  • Evaluate new equipment to ensure it meets production, cost, and quality targets.

We Need You To Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
  • 6 or more months of mechanical or production engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or similar design tools.
  • Strong problem solving skills and hands-on technical mindset.
  • Willing to travel up to 30 percent as needed.
  • Experience with ovens or oxidizers is a plus.
