Work Type:

The shift is 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Mission:

The HR Coordinator provides support in the delivery of human resource administration to employees and managers and works within the Human Resources operations department to ensure professional employment practices, payroll and benefits coordination, HR administration, and recruitment and onboarding support are provided to employees of the organization.

The HR Coordinator works within thefollowing functional areas: administration, recruitment, learning and development, payroll & benefits, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage HR administration for the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation programs, and offboarding.
  • Conduct recruitment intake calls with hiring managers to align job role structure, create Predictive Index (PI) job profiles, and work with managers to order required company equipment for the role.
  • Collaborate with RCoE and other stakeholders to ensure a professional and efficient service experience for Epiroc USA employees.
  • Act as a liaison to coordinate the employee leave of absence process, communicating with the employee, manager, benefit vendors, and payroll department. Administer approved pay as necessary.
  • Ensure all work tasks are in compliance with US employment laws and GDPR requirements.
  • Partner with theHR Operations and Finance in full cycle payroll processing activities.
  • Support HR Operations team with other projects, as assigned.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred; a combination of years of equivalent experience/education may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Minimum of three years of HR experience, preferred.
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws governing employee relations and compensation practices is highly preferred


  • Advanced verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Expert level proficiency with MS Office Suite required; SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian/Dayforce, SharePoint, Employee recognition software, Adobe Sign knowledge/experience is preferred
  • Must be task oriented and self-motivated with advanced organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Compensation:USD 45,000 - USD 65,000 annually
