About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Director, Corporate Controller to lead our accounting and finance operations at the corporate level. This pivotal role ensures the accuracy of internal and external financial reporting and manages timely month-end close financial statements, corporate budget processes, and compliance with accounting standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including financial reporting, SEC compliance, and trend analysis.
  • Manage corporate budgeting and report significant variances to senior management.
  • Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
  • Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Group and Division CFOs on accounting issues.
  • Oversee stock-based compensation, equity awards, and related financial reporting.

Qualifications:

  • CPA designation required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5-8 years of public company accounting experience, with 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
