Job Details Revenue Cycle Vendor Management AuditorJob Description Serve as auditor/analyst in the Vendor Management Office / Revenue Cycle governing layer which will monitor and evaluate the performance of various ongoing vendor relationships. Act as a liaison between Jefferson Revenue Cycle Department and its vendors. Answer questions related to the revenue cycle to ensure vendors are provided with system and workflow background. Prepare patient estimates. Research and evaluate data from different sources to identify discrepancies, trends, address risk factors, potential barriers and provide potential problem resolution. Support initial vendor onboarding and ongoing training of systems and standard operating procedures. 1. Interacts with co-workers, visitors and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson. 2. Perform quality review, auditing and root cause analysis of vendor account activity / transactions. Provide quality scoring using predefined grading standards and scorecard guidelines while adhering and meeting productivity requirements. 3. Prepare Patient Estimates. 4. Responsible for daily operations productivity managing vendor staff performance utilizing predefined metrics / data (ie. KPIs, Service Agreements, etc). 5. Evaluate vendor performance against quality and performance metrics/targets and service agreements. Provide Jefferson management team with analytical insight on the vendor qulity and performance standards. 6. Perform technical and operational training for the vendor team as needed on information systems (ie. Invision, IDX and Epic) utilized by Jefferson and workflow/standard operating procedures. Participate in team meetings/huddles communicating change in policies, procedures, regulatory requirements or priorities Proficient in revenue cycle functions (billing, follow-up, denials, account maintenance, etc...) ; Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving and decision making skills; Exceptional written and verbal communications, Must be able to analyze work, set goals, develop plans and utilize time effectively and efficiently. Experience of Revenue Cycle Systems ( i.e EPIC, Cerner, IDX), Strong execution skills. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or an additional four (4) years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree. Bachelor's degree in Business Adm.
