Description
The customer supply chain analyst/demand planner is part of the customer relations team. We are an extremely close-knit team who provides best in class customer service, while acting as the liaison to our customers (approx.1,000 customers). The team oversees all facets of inventory, ensuring product is in the right place, at the right quantity, at the right time, and at the right price. While maintaining day to day tasks, the analyst will also work on projects to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains across the supply chain. The analyst will:
