Collaborate with Cybersecurity experts and other Project Managers to plan, procure, and execute projects. This role is responsible for coordinating internal and customer resources to successfully deliver project scope within the defined timeline and budget. Responsibilities:
- Successfully manages multiple concurrent projects from inception to completion, ensuring each project meets scope, schedule, and budget requirements, while effectively applying our methodology and enforcing project standards.
- Serves as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that information is effectively distributed among all parties.
- Works collaboratively with technical staff to create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Proactively structures and manages a project for success by leveraging matrixed resources across multiple projects.
- Actively identifies risks, develops risk mitigation plans, tracks them to completion, and communicates status to stakeholders, while working to minimize our risk and exposure on projects.
- Identifies the need for contracts modifications, collaborates with technical staff to draft change requests, and works with Contracts to ensure modifications are processed.
- Efficiently and competently manages project/program problem resolutions (e.g., scope-creep, changed requirements, missed deadlines, etc.) while managing day-to-day operational aspects of project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Establishes project budgets, tracks actuals on a weekly basis, and informs Senior Management of ipotential financial risk in a timely fashion.
- Creates the revenue forecast for each project, forecasts project profitability, and explains variances.
- Produces project kickoff presentations, weekly status reports, lessons learned, and other project management artifacts. Ensures project documents are complete, accurate, error-free, and stored appropriately.
- Ensures timely and accurate invoicing, monitors Accounts Receivable, and escalates payment inquiries with customers when needed.
- Understands the difference between Time & Materials (T&M) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts, as well as basic revenue models, P/L, Estimate At Complete (EAC) & Estimate To Complete (ETC) projections, and makes decisions accordingly.

Required Experience:
- BA/BS Degree iniBusiness Management, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 8 years experience managing IT/Technical projects
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification required
- Demonstrated project management, time management, and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, management and team members
- Demonstrated experience with managing multiple projects/project segments across various lifecycle stages concurrently
