Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our current customers, answering inquiries, and setting up annual review appointments. Benefits of this Role: * Competitive hourly rate of $16-$16.50/hour * 100% onsite work schedule: Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm CST * 1 year contract with opportunities for growth and advancement * Foot in the door with a mid-size insurance company A Day in the Role: * Make a high volume of outbound calls to current customers to set up annual review appointments * Answer customer inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service and support * Take orders and provide follow-up services as needed * Research and troubleshoot customer problems in a timely and efficient manner * Meet daily and monthly goals for calls and appointments set Requirements: * 1-2 years of prior customer service experience (retail or office experience) * Phones experience and ability to communicate clearly and in a friendly manner over the phone * Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems and software * Time management skills and ability to efficiently handle daily workload in order to hit monthly goals Nice to Haves: * Experience with Microsoft Office * Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment Work Environment: * 100% onsite work schedule: Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm CST * 1 year contract with opportunities for growth and advancement Performance Metrics: * Attendance and reliability * Goal to make 130 calls per day and set 10 appointments per day * Need to hit these goals on a monthly basis - if not met, may lead to disciplinary action. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
