*Description* Our client is looking for a MDM (Mobile Device Management) Admistrator. This position will be responsible for managing all of our mobile devices (iPhones & iPads) using VMware Workspace ONE (formerly Airwatch) and Microsoft Intune so MDM experience is very important. They are currently migrating from Airwatch to Intune, so ideally someone has experience with Intune and managing mobile devices to own this project and also own the management/support of all 600 plus mobile devices. This position will need to manage all of our MDM policies and have a strong understanding of the Apple iOS environment. In addition, Apple Mac experience is a definitely plus using Jamf to manage our Mac environment. They will also be assisting with tier 2 technical support (imaging, troubleshooting, support, etc.) Technical Support - Associate is responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of the IT environment in the Boston office; including but not limited to, daily technical incidents, data closet infrastructure, business continuity readiness, IT projects and changes, and video conferencing systems. Individual should provide outstanding support to quickly troubleshoot and efficiently resolve 1st level technical issues. Ensure that the end user support is delivered in a professional, friendly manner, with an emphasis on urgent response. Deliver effective support to the London end users as required. Conduct advanced network and server administration duties, under the guidance of the respective Global Infrastructure expert. Provide technical input and guidance to management. Collaborate effectively as a leader or participant in project teams. Evaluate new hardware and software technology. Coordinate for or provide support to printers, peripheral hardware and mobile devices. Provide phone support and maintain support of the common mailbox, as necessary. Ensure that all inquiries are logged into the call-tracking database. Update and maintain the Knowledge Base. *Skills* * 3+ years supporting iOS devices (imaging and deploying mobile phones) * 3+ years supporting Windows and skype for business * 3 plus years of Intune experience * Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a team environment. * Excellent written and oral communication skills and a commitment to quality service to end-users.
