If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where you support the development of an event program that leaves Learners wanting for more, then join PMI as we are looking for an Events Content and Speaker Coordinator to join its Global Meetings and Events Team.

What you'll bring to the role:




  • Administer speakers and presentation content (whether curated or developed from concept) for PMI Events
  • Strong ability to multitask concurrent processes across multiple programs that are in different life cycles of planning
  • Ability to create and adhere to program development timeline and adapt to changes.
  • Ability to coach presentation delivery that meets audience presentation expectations
  • Provides input to overarching event design with alignment to PMI strategy (e.g., Thought Leadership/ Content)
  • Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Work independently or collaboratively depending on project assigned
  • Ability to work after hours and weekends
  • Job duties posted are not all inclusive and may shift due to team assignments and workload.



Role Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree, education or other related field or relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in event programming and speaker management a plus
  • Experience in virtual events a plus
  • You are a self starter, process oriented with attention to detail and alignment
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot platforms, systems and work with Technical Team (external and internal)
  • Effective communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agility and flexibility
  • Proven ability to lead independently or collaboratively based on project needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Curiosity
  • Up to 20% domestic and or international travel
