Director Recruiting Operations
What you will be doing: The Recruiting Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and driving efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation within our recruiting team. This role will involve building and refining recruiting strategies, optimizing processes, managing recruitment technology, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Recruiting Operations Director will collaborate with senior leadership to scale recruitment operations while fostering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Key Responsibilities Recruiting Process Optimization & Technology Management - 30%
Lead the continuous improvement of recruitment processes to increase efficiency, speed, and quality of hires. Implement best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, ensuring that recruiting operations are scalable, data-driven, and aligned with company goals. Own and optimize the recruitment technology stack, including Workday, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and other tools. Ensure seamless integration and data flow across platforms for reporting and analytics.
Team Leadership - 30%
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to foster a high-performance culture and ensure operational excellence. Provide guidance and support to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and resources to be successful in their roles.
Compliance & Diversity - 20%
Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring diverse candidate pipelines and unbiased hiring practices. Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations and reporting requirements in the recruiting process.
Data Analytics & Reporting - 10%
Develop and maintain recruiting metrics and KPIs to measure the success of recruiting efforts. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership on ways to improve recruiting performance. Prepare regular reports on recruiting performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - 10%
Partner closely with the Director, Strategic Sourcing to ensure alignment on recruitment goals, initiatives, and processes. Work closely with HR, Compensation, Diversity & Inclusion, and other key stakeholders to create a unified hiring experience. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and ensure recruitment strategies meet business objectives.
Required Qualifications Work Experience: Years of Applicable Experience - 7 or more years
Education: Bachelors (Required)
Preferred Qualifications Skills:
Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in hiring. Strong understanding of recruitment technology, including Workday, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM, and other hiring tools. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure success. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in hiring.
Experience:
8+ years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record of process optimization and driving efficiency within recruiting operations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment Experience with OFCCP compliance and federal contractor requirements preferred.

Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $99,000 - $185,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
