Compensation Pay Rate: $46.00 - $$73.61 per hour DOE The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range. Responsibilities Position Overview: Provides nursing care to critical care patients. Effectively plans and communicates patient and family education. Participates in unit based educational activities. Accurately and timely documentation consistent with practice and hospital policy. Completes approximately 16-week CMH Critical Care Training program, including AACN ECCO on-line training. Applications are being accepted via the CMH Career website. Graduate from an ADN or BSN program accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) OR Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) by March 1, 2025
