Client: Large Banking Client Location: Remote EST hours Duration: 6-12 month contract Must have * Credit Card Business Analyst experience working on credit card conversions from Fiserv to TSYS. * Credit Bureau Disputes experience - Metro2 files, Direct Disputes, tools that credit bureau disputes are filed under. E-Oscar and Metro 2 are preferred but if candidates don't have that, then credit card disputes is still sufficient. * E-OSCAR tool * Metro2 * Credit Card Conversion experience from Fiserv to TSYS required * Ideal experience is someone who has worked at TSYS or Fiserv on disputes Day to day * Requirement gathering is already done so there won't be much requirement gathering. * Bureau dispute data - insuring metro 2 file is sent to disputes * Creating files for direct disputes * Editing all correspondence for new PO boxes * Ensuring indirect disputes are received from E-Oscar * Updating dispute response letters * Some overlap with IT but not much in this group * Not as much Jira/data mapping - all of that is complete. There might be some later if necessary. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
