JOB POSTING

TITLE: Scheduling Coordinator B

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Trainingfor generating backlog, Production Arrangement, Production Sequence and Instruction, Labels, Monitor Sequence, Printing and Semi-Finished Goods, Data Entry, Production Checklist, CMA Verification, Downtime and Machine Efficiency Reports, Reports, and Production Modifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma/GED is preferred
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft office and general computer programs.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in scheduling in manufacturing setting.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Training with IBS Schedulers tasks and duties.

Complete paperwork on a timely basis.Must maintain good housekeeping.Must follow all plant and safety rules and regulations, written or verbal.Attend safety and training classes as required by management.Any other duties as assigned by manager and/or delegation requests.Change in levels will depend on the changes of responsibility and time on the job.

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:

• Ability to read tape measurement, digital displays, etc.
• Inside, protected from weather
• Temperature controlled
• May or may not be temperature controlled
• Subject to noise, moving machinery, and/or electrical currents
• Possible exposure to some chemicals, gases, high heat

Subject to unregulated atmospheric conditions caused by odors, and dusts
