1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With over 550 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we're seeking an Account Executive, Mid-Market Brands - Commerce Platform to support our growing global team.

Reporting directly to our Brands Account Director, the Account Executive, Mid-Market Brands - Commerce Platform will play a key role in hunting, finding and winning new accounts for 1WorldSync.

As an
Account Executive, Mid-Market Brands - Commerce Platform at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
  • Prospect and research new customers through various channels. Hunt for new business targets, finding and winning new accounts for 1WorldSync
  • Understand prospect challenges to develop a value proposition specific to their needs and business goals
  • Negotiate and close new contracts, ensuring the company's goals, renewal goals, and individual quota goals are all achieved
  • Ensure all sales activities and opportunities are appropriated logged in company CRM
  • Identifying solution enhancements or innovations to best serve & anticipate potential new customer needs.
  • Navigate sophisticated procurement cycles with multi-stakeholder sign-off including executives, legal, information security, etc. Develop and negotiate proposals and contracts
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities.
  • Contact and qualify leads
  • Consult, build, and deliver customized sales presentations and high-impact demonstrations
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around 1WS services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients
  • Identify and address customer concerns and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Complete renewals while minimizing churn and maximizing price increases
  • Attain Purchase Order (if needed) in order for the deal to officially be booked
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Minimum of 35 outbound calls per day
  • Maintain a pipeline of of opportunities 3X monthly quota
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in solutions-based SaaS in a quota-carrying role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of relevant experience required

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Retail/ CPG/Food Service experience
  • Proven skills in a consultative sales experience for products/solutions that affect multiple areas of a business
  • Demonstrated success using excellent sales organization skills, attention to detail, and customer focus
  • A collaborative teammate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
  • The ability to establish and maintain executive-level relationships

Compensation:
  • $55,000 - $70,000 base salary.
  • This is a commission-eligible role.
  • Candidates can expect salary offers that range from the minimum to the midpoint of the salary range.
  • 1WorldSync provides full pay ranges so candidates can consider their growth potential.

Additional Details:
  • This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Chicago headquarters location.
  • This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in the US.
  • This position requires up to 25% travel. Travel may be required to potential new customer sites for diagnosis, design, and delivery workshops, planning, and execution of Statement of Work.
