The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia is seeking a Graduate Admissions & Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and project support to the Executive Director of Graduate Marketing & Admissions as well as general office support to the Graduate Marketing & Admissions Team. The ideal candidate will bring strong and proactive organization skills and a customer-service mindset to integrated office management, travel, budgeting, expense reporting and event coordination. Along with excellent oral and written communication skills, this role requires good judgment and first-class professionalism in dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders and sensitive information. The candidate should excel in making well-reasoned decisions aligned with executive priorities and ethical standards, working independently or collaboratively, building strong relationships, and fostering teamwork to achieve organizational goals with colleagues and senior leaders. Anticipated Hiring Range: $20.00 - $24.50 / hour This position is located in Charlottesville, VA. Due to the nature of the work and position responsibilities, the role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangements. This is a Non-Exempt level, benefited position.
