Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for an Associate Director of Cross Divisional Sales for our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Cross Divisional Account Executives to enhance company Cross Divisional selling programs
  • Crafts comprehensive sales strategies tailored to customer procurement departments' needs, considering budget constraints and procurement processes, integrating those strategies with the company's corporate policies, procedures, and selling programs
  • Leads the department processes for development of proposals, bids, and contracts in response to Cross Divisional solicitations
  • Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proposals are compliant, competitive, and meet customer requirements, while maintaining profitability
  • Responsible for hiring, training, supervising staff, reviewing performance standards and evaluating results, and making written recommendations on matters pertaining to compensation and promotion for associates in the Cross Divisional sales department
  • Forecasts sales targets and tracks progress against goals. Provides regular reports to company constituents on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Partners with division and regional sales managers to integrate Cross Divisional sales strategies into the overall sales environment and increase program visibility

Qualifications

  • 7+ years management experience in National Account/Cross Divisional Sales, Strategic Sales, or related role
  • Estimated nationwide travel of 25-50%
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft suite of product including Office, CRM, D365
  • Strong understanding of Kimball Midwest's product line and selling programs
