Description Jr. Helpdesk Support Temp Responsibilities: Troubleshooting macOS and Windows PC workstations in a mixed environment network with the enthusiasm to learn more advanced systems across the company Setup and installation of computers, data migration, IP phones, some mass storage, and triage of hardware and software issues for a creative M&E office environment AV and conference room support Candidate should have existing skills for front line technical support Enterprise or University helpdesk experience a plus Requirements: Industry specific certifications a plus Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows, O365, Adobe CC, Google Workspace, and associated productivity suites Systems administration experience a plus Solid grasp of network protocols (VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Experience in a help-desk environment, fluid in the use of help desk tools, prioritization of support requests, effective documentation of how a request was answered/remediated, etc. Excellent Communication/Documentation skills and strong customer-service orientation Strong analytical problem-solving skills Ability to lift approximately 40lbs and use repair tools (computer & network rack equipment) Able to multitask in complex, diverse, fast-paced, production environment Strong oral and written communication skills Skills* Windows, Mac Top Skills Details Windows,Mac Additional Skills & Qualifications x5 days on site in Santa Monica Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
