A Brief Overview
The Sr. User Experience (UX) Designer is a self-starter focused on building seamless digital experiences. They will be a creative problem solver that is excited to create user experiences for both our customers and clients, drive design, and work closely with engineers, product owners, and management throughout the product and development lifecycles. They will lead brainstorm sessions and drive consensus across the business, IT and design teams.

What you will do

  • Deliver final user interface (UI) designs and detailed design specifications

  • Define UX requirements, storyboard, interaction flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes

  • Lead brainstorm sessions and drive consensus across the business, IT and design teams

  • Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders including product owners, business teams, international and technology partners to align with and achieve business objectives

  • Identify innovative opportunities to grow the brand and create experiences that improve the lives of our customers and associates

  • Ability to deliver presentations and design work to internal and external partners

  • Participate usability and A/B testing for continuous improvement of the experience.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

  • 4-6 years relevant UX Designer experience

  • Experience working across teams to synthesize feedback and input

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment, including the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing requirements

  • Experience presenting to and advising senior management
