Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute a multi-year AI transformation strategy, balancing immediate ROI-driven initiatives with long-term AI-first business transformation goals.
- Technical Expertise & Oversight:Lead and guide technical teams to design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and innovative AI solutions across business units.
- Orchestration & Collaboration:Coordinate between technical teams, business leaders, and executives to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into core business functions.
- Governance & Ethics:Establish and uphold governance frameworks, focusing on AI ethics, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Drive data governance initiatives to ensure responsible AI usage.
- Organizational Enablement:Create AI Centers of Excellence, fostering cross-functional collaboration and accelerating AI skill development across the organization.
- *Operational Deployment:Oversee large-scale AI deployments, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and achieve measurable business outcomes.

- Educational Background:Bachelors Degree. MBA or equivalent business education is a strong plus.
