Implementation Support Specialist

Job title: Implementation Support Specialist

Duration: 6 months

Location: Alameda, CA, 94502


Shift Timings: M-F 9Am-1:00 PM (approx 20 hours per week)

Description:

  • Ability to provide limited customer and technical support on basic meter prep for customer use and meter training.
  • Includes some troubleshooting and basic data management training.


Responsibilities:

  • The person will handle retail order management and invoicing.
  • Person will be processing Purchase Orders, invoicing, tracking etc of a retail client's product that is launching on Amazon.
  • May investigate if there is an issue with shipment or invoicing by reaching out to the vendor support team, track shipment status from the warehouse, track/payments etc.
  • Will be utilizing internal FAC Finance system.



Education Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED-
  • Associate/Bachelor's Degree would be a plus, but not required if there is previous type work experience (such as order implementation, tracking, retail or wholesale order management)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple websites
  • Strong MS Office working knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to use good thinking and reasoning skills
  • Must Have Good computer/data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and follow through.
  • Ability to use good thinking and reasoning to solve problems-
  • If someone has any type of SAP experience, that would also be a plus.
